He laughed it off instead of being angry. We have spent over 100 dollars on her dog chains in a year depending on how many she breaks. I do know how to save money if needed. But I would rather spend it then keep it. Anything that I want is electronic and cost a lot of money. I totally agree with this. It's a proven fact. Our generation now is all about wants not needs. Christmas is a good example. All of us teenagers are already picking out what were going to get for Christmas. No matter what the cost is. We tend to always want the expensive gifts. If you gave me the choice between getting a billion dollars in a year or getting one million now most likely im going for the million. It's just how we are, it's what we are use to. And what I mean by this is as teenagers our eyes get big at the site of something we want and like. That's just how it is in today's society. I wish we weren't like that all the time because most of the things we want we can most likely live without.Aariona Simshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15597221454401731781noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3140704507129897802.post-67232711969737146612011-11-29T07:21:00.000-08:002011-11-29T07:21:24.447-08:00My TribeI am apart of the animal lovers tribe. O.oI consider myself an introvert. I would rather be by myself then with a whole bunch of different people. It's fifty fifty with weather or not one of the two have it easier. I enjoy just being around a few people rather then with a lot of people. We have so much drama in high school that if everyone was an extrovert there would be a lot more fights in school, kids would be getting into trouble ect. That's just my personal opinion you may feel different. And if everyone was a extrovert there would be no socialization between other kids. I talk to a lot of people I have a lot of friends so some of them are extroverts and some are introverts. It's a mixture of the two. Extroverts just because of the fact that they have more experience with people and socializing. Extroverts are a lot more better writers. Introverts would be better neighbors because they will not bother you. Extroverts are better teachers they would be more easy going around people and enjoy there work. Beat! Drums!. Mainly because it is a joyful kind of poem and it's about music and just living. It also makes me laugh because in this poem he is basically talking about waking up the town and people in bed wont be able to sleep because of the drums playing in the street. I really enjoy his poems because he is free spirited and doesn't care about what people think of him. This poem in particular is a good example because of his title and how he expresses his feelings about the specific topic. There are parts in the poem that I do not understand but for the most part it is a enjoyable poem. This poem is my favorite from him.Aariona Simshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15597221454401731781noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3140704507129897802.post-6809961163806034662011-09-27T07:45:00.000-07:002011-09-27T08:02:34.889-07:00Walt Whitman
Walt whitman was an american poet and a essayist and journalist. He was a part of the transition between transcendtalism and realism. HumansI choose the topic of weather or not humans are damaging the earth or helping it. Personally I think it's 50/50. We help the earth by picking up trash and going green along with growing trees. We damage the earth by littering, wasting paper, we kill animals such as polar bears, and cheetahs. These animals are apart of some type of food chain in which all comes back to the functioning of our planet. And without these animals more and more animals become extinct. And then it comes to the point of no return. What i'm getting to is we as humans can destroy the earth just as fast as we can help it. People are careless they don't care if they drop a piece of paper on the floor or drop gum wrappers on the floor I know for a fact that I don't. It's all just human nature and laziness. The pie graph at the very bottom is a great example of how I feel about going green and probably most other people in the world do as well. Don't get me wrong I care for our planet but then again I don't think twice about throwing paper on the ground outside. But for some odd reason inside i'll walk to the trash. But outside i'll just drop it right there. It basically depends on if we care or not.
And making up some kind of excuse for why I need money other then just saying I need the money for a new pair of shoes, or to pay a fine at school, and etc. To tell you the truth most of the time I am scared to ask and I don't know why. It might just be because I know or think I know what the answer may be. I'm the type of person who gets an expensive gift for Christmas or birthday and in a short period of time some how I find a way to break it or damage it in some kind of way. And then that's more money out the window. When my mom and dad say "you aren't getting any electronics for Christmas because everything you get you break" I always get an attitude even though I know what they are saying is so true. So my question is how much money do you think your parents would save in a year if us teenagers stopped asking for money and breaking every new thing we get as often as we do now?
Aariona Simshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15597221454401731781noreply@blogger.com0
